ORDER TIMELINE    

All orders are handmade normally within 1-2 business days. We will notify you within 48 hours after purchase by email when your order takes longer then the usual processing time.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. 

All items are made of organic cotton (GOTS certified – no harmful chemicals used). To maintain the fabric luster and prevent fading we recommend hand washing or machine wash in cool water (max 40 C) on a gentle/delicate setting. Always use phosphate-free detergent. For best result air dry.

Your product(s) can be damaged if the care conditions are not applied.

SHIPPING

Within the Netherlands and Belgium

We offer free shipping on orders above €30 within the Netherlands and Belgium. When you order for €30 or less shipping costs will be €3,95.

Worldwide Shipping

We happily support and love our international customers. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders above €75. When you order for €75 or less shipping costs will be €5,95.

North America: 10-11 business days
Europe: 10-11 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-11 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-11 business days
 
We are not responsible for any duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged to receive merchandise. It is the sole responsibility of buyer to check local regulations.

Expedited Shipping

It is possible to ask for expedited shipping when in a hurry. The average shipping time for expedited shipping is 1-2 business days. Please be aware that selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Please contact Hey BB for the current processing time. Your product may still need 3 business days to be handmade.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Always contact Hey BB first when you want to return certain items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURN

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Always send an email to info@heybb.nl first when you want to exchange or return an item. You can send the item you want to return/exchange to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We think it is important that you know that we handle your personal details in the strictest confidence. We ensure that all information provided to us is treated confidentially and is not made available to third parties in any way.

All data that you provide to us are stored and used by us for internal processing within the framework of our responsible customer management, for example, we process your orders and use your data to send your own commercial offers, unless you have indicated that you object to this. In addition, your data is used to make shopping in our webshop as pleasant as possible.
